Mr. H.K. Mahanta, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the brief has been transferred from their office. Therefore, their names may be deleted from the cause list. 3.

In view of the above submission, the name of M/s Niranjan Lenka and associates be deleted from the cause list. 4.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate contended that the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 14.08.2014 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 1737 (C) of 2014, from which it would be evident that the counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed, if opposite party no.2 was directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated period and, as such, in view of the relief sought by the petitioner, the tribunal disposed of the original application directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner. Therefore, the relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted.

In the above view of the matter, since the relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted, the writ petition stands disposed of.
