1. There is no proof that the representation dated 4th January, 2021 was in fact submitted to the General Manager, Telecom District, Telephone Bhawan, Koraput by the Petitioner. In the absence of such proof, it is not possible for the Court issue directions to the General Manager for disposal of such representation.
2. In that view of the matter, it would be open to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation and after following it up to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
3. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
