This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Against refusal to grant interim order by the tribunal vide order dated 22.11.2012 passed in M.P. No. 1188 (C)/ 2012 arising out of O.A. No. 914(C)/2012, order dated 24.06.2013 passed in M.P. No. 180(C)/2013 arising out of O.A. No. 914(C)/2012 and order dated 18.07.2013 passed in O.A. No. 4050(C)/2012 arising out of O.A. No. 914(C)/2012, the State-petitioners have preferred this writ petition only on 18.12.2013. Earlier when the matter was listed on 07.03.2014 and 03.04.2015, none appeared for the petitioners and the matter was adjourned to two weeks directing the petitioners to remove the defects as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter. But till date, defects have not been removed. 3.
