As the writ petition arises out of a simple notice involving an encroachment proceeding under the O.P.L.E. Act, the same is premature. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event any such proceeding under the O.P.L.E. Act is still pending, the same shall be disposed of taking into consideration the objection of the Petitioner and also providing opportunity of hearing to him. 2.
