This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 31st March, 2011 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in Cr.P. No.190 of 2010 in a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the Opposite Parties.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has died since 2018. Thus, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this RPFAM.

Accordingly, this RPFAM stands disposed of as infructuous.

The interim order dated 20th October, 2011 passed in Misc. Case No.163 of 2011 stands vacated.
