Considering the limited request involved herein for targeting the Civil Suit No.577 of 2015, this Court in disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Petition directs the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kendrapara, in the event pleading involving the suit is complete and no miscellaneous application at the instance of either parties is pending for consideration, to dispose of C.S.No.577 of 2015 at least within a period of nine months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Party seeking early disposal of the suit is prevented from either filing any miscellaneous application or challenging any order in any miscellaneous petition during pendency of the suit.
