This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

Petitioner has some sort objection to the person authorized undertaking the exercise involving annexure-7 and 8. It appears, petitioner has already raised his grievance vide Annexure-9 pending before the Additional District Magistrate-opposite party no.2. In the event there is no decision on such grievance, decision as appropriate, be taken by completing entire exercise within a period of seven days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March,

2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
