This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

2. Heard Mr. P.K. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel.

3. Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 10.07.2019 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.2006 of 2019, the instant writ petition has been filed for compliance of the aforesaid order.

4. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner and without issuing notice to the opposite parties, it is directed that let the opposite parties comply with the direction dated 10.07.2019 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No. 2006 of 2019 within a period of three months, if the same has not yet been complied with in the meantime.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

6. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-

19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
