Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the judgment and order dated 22.12.2016 passed in W.P.(C) No. 27744 of 2013 (State of Odisha v. Sankarsan Pal and others), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said judgment. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
