The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash Annexure-4, and to issue direction to the opposite parties to consider his case for compassionate appointment within a stipulated time.

Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition claiming compassionate appointment under OCS (RA) Rules, 1990, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to file application for compassionate appointment with prescribed form as provided under the Rules before the authority within a period of fifteen days hence. If such application is filed, the same shall be considered by the said authority by passing a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such application along with certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
