The petitioner is a defaulting borrower has challenged the Order passed by the Collector, Khurda on an application moved by the Secured Creditor under Section 14(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 directing providing of official assistance for taking over the physical possession of the Secured Asset i.e. the mortgaged property.
3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties states that the present writ petition
