The petitioner in this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") has prayed for quashing of the order dated 28.07.2017 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., M. Rampur in C.M.C. No.7 of 2017 directing the petitioner to pay Rs.1000/- per month to the opposite party no.2-wife and Rs.500/- per month to his daughter in a case under the PWDV Act..

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

As it appears, against the impugned order a criminal appeal is maintainable before the concerned Sessions Judge. The petitioner without preferring a criminal appeal against the

// 2 // impugned order before the Sessions Judge concerned has filed this CRLMC filed challenging the impugned order. The same, as such, is not maintainable.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed being not maintainable.
