This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the Opposite Party No.3-Sub-Registrar, Banpur to register the sale certificate dated 15th November, 2011 under Annexure-2 issued by the Recovery Officer, DRT, Cuttack in her favour without insisting for the presence of the Banker.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the

// 2 // Opposite Party No.3-Sub-Registrar, Banpur that on payment stamp duty on the benchmark value of the property as well as the registration fee by the Petitioner, sale certificate dated 15th November, 2011 under Annexure-2 be registered in her favour without insisting the presence of the bank officer not later than two weeks of payment of the same.
