Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Against the notices of show cause dated 20.04.2017 and 19.02.2018 vide Annexures-7(a) & 7(b), the petitioner has approached this Court. As such, against notices of show cause, the writ petition is not maintainable. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if he is so advised. 4.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
