Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It appears that the Petitioner had earlier approached this Court vide BLAPL No.40 of 2013, which was disposed of on 07.01.2013 on merit. Thereafter, the Petitioner not satisfied with the said order has come to this Court again for his release on pre-arrest bail suppressing the aforesaid fact. 4.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioner stands rejected with a cost of Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousand) for suppressing the aforesaid facts. 5.

Copy of this order be sent to the C.J.M concerned for realization of the same from the Petitioner as fine. 6.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's
