This writ petition involves a direction to the competent authority for grant of certified copy of records involving Suo Motu Case No.1924/8/88 U/s-15.

Keeping in view the innocuous prayer involved herein, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Cuttackopposite party no.2, in the event is in receipt of application for grant of certified copy of the documents involved therein, same may be considered and certified copy be supplied to the petitioner forthwith.
