Mr. S. Thakur, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been released pre-maturely. The said fact is also available in the communication made by the Superintendent District Jail, Balangir (W/S), to the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons (Hqs), Directorate of Prisons, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

In view of the above, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
