This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Petitioner in this writ application sought for intervention of this Court and prayed to quash SARFAESI proceeding including notice U/s 13(2) coupled with possession notice U/s 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

Counsel for the Petitioner on earlier occasion i.e., 23rd February, 2022 prayed for adjournment to seek instruction as to whether his clients are ready to deposit 50% of the outstanding liability by the auction date with undertaking to clear the remaining balance within some reasonable time.

Counsel for the Petitioner files a memo in Court today which is taken on record indicating that the Petitioners having settled the P.T.O.
