1. The present petition was registered on the basis of a letter dated 28th April, 2012 submitted by the Kidigam Parbat Prant Prabesh Raksha Samiti. However, the present petition was not listed even once in the last ten years. The Court is therefore not aware of the developments that have taken place in the meanwhile.

2. The Registry will inform the aforementioned organization that they can file a fresh petition, accounting for the developments in the last ten years, in accordance with law.
