2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 10.03.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in ICC No.241 of 2011 wherein the learned S.D.J.M has taken cognizance under Section 138 of the N.I Act against him.

3. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

4. It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

5. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
