The petitioner is a defaulting borrower of a loan availed from State Bank of India, Chandol Branch, and has challenged the demand notice dated 23rd February, 2013 (Annexure-1) issued under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, whereby the entire outstanding liability of Rs.3,50,975/- due as on 11th February, 2013 with further interest and incidental expenses has been recalled.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions, perhaps due to the efflux of time the proceedings having become final.
