1. The apprehension expressed by the Petitioners when they filed this petition over five years ago was that there was going to be some construction on 'Gochar' land by de-reserving such land.

2. As it transpires, till date no building whatsoever has come up on such Gochar land. Therefore the apprehension was unfounded.

3. If and when any cause of action arises, it would be open to the Petitioners to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
