This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order dated 22nd February, 2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal in Crl. Misc. Case No.164 of 2009 wherein an interim order has been passed directing him not to alienate the land corresponding to Holding No.163/149, Plot No.1435 of Mouza-Nayabhagirathipur Purbabad and not to dispossess the Opposite Party No.1 in the said property, as well as the entire proceeding. 3.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter is called.

The case is of the year 2011.

As such, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter. 6.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (S. Pujahari) Judge DA
