1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner files the certified copy of the surrender certificate in Court today indicating that the Petitioner has surrendered on 29th June, 2022 after expiry of the period of interim bail. The same be kept on record.

4. It is submitted by the learned State counsel that the notice on the victim/informant has already been served on 27th February,

// 2 // 2022. However, there is no appearance from his side. Hence, the bail application is taken up for hearing.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw the bail application with liberty to renew his prayer after examination of the victim/informant.

5. The BLAPL is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
