Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the file is not traceable and therefore, the matter may be adjourned. 2.

Instead, CRLMC stands disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to revive it as and when he is able to trace the file considering the fact that the matter is of the year 2014 and the Court is not willing to keep it alive any further. 3.

Consequently, interim order dated 13th January, 2014 passed in Misc. Case No.37 of 2014 stands vacated. (R.K. Pattanaik) Judge kabita
