The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in Pattamundai P.S. Case No.665 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.665 of 2021 pending in the court of J.M.F.C., Pattamundai registered for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 279/337/338 IPC has filed this petition for his release on prearrest bail. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The offence alleged being bailable in nature, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of being not maintainable.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587,
