The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the order dated 1st December, 2021 (Annexure-3) passed by the State Information Commissioner, Bhubaneswar in Second Appeal No.739 of 2018, whereby a penalty of Rs.25,000/- has been imposed on the Petitioner.

Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.

The interim order dated 24th February, 2022 passed in I.A. No.1219 of 2022 stands vacated.
