Perused the reports submitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sonepur in which he has stated that the Petitioner Jitu @ Nikunja Bihari Podh was convicted in Sessions Case No. 9/18 of 2013 and the present application arising out of the said sessions case has ,thereby, become infructuous in the meantime.
