Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners do not want to press this Criminal Misc. Case and, as such, they may be permitted to withdraw the same. To that effect, a memo dated 12th July, 2022 has been filed.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Interim order dated 14th October, 2019 passed in I.A. No.219 of 2019 stands vacated.
