This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "

P R A Y E R Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

(i) direct the Opp. Parties to conduct the B.Sc. Nursing Examination in the Petitioner-Institution Centre for its own College students or in on-line process, instead of directing them to appear in an outside Examination Centre along with other College students, which is a crowded place and nearer to market place in view of the Pandemic Covid-19 and Omicron situation;

(ii) pass such other order(s) or issue direction9s) as may be deemed fit and

// 2 // proper in the bona fide interest of justice."

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Opposite Party No.1 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-9 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
