This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 19.08.2011 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole in G.R. Case No.696 of 1995 wherein the learned J.M.F.C. has rejected the petition filed by the Petitioners under Section 311 Cr.P.C. to recall the I.O.

None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.

Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

Since the G.R case is of the year 1995, learned trial court is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
