1. There is no ground made out for staying the summons issued by the Family Court to the present Petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is willing to explore the possibility of conciliation. This request can well be made before the Family Court concerned.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. The interim passed earlier stands vacated.
