1. There is an affidavit of the Opposite Party No.2 dated 11th January, 2016 stating that she does not wish to pursue her complaint against the Petitioner. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 adds that they are now married and living happily.

2. In that view of the matter, the G.R. Case No.243 of 2015 arising out of Khordha PS Case No.104 of 2015, pending in the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Khordha and all orders and proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. The interim order if any stands vacated. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
