This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to set aside the order dated 18th February, 2012 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Boudh in M.C. No.30 of 2011.

As revealed from the report of the Judge, Family Court, Boudh that the aforesaid proceeding in the meanwhile has been dropped on 20th January, 2022, as both the parties are leading a happy conjugal life. 4.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the CRLMC is disposed of as infructuous.
