This interim application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 4th February, 2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that inadvertently it has been mentioned "Spl. G.R. Case No.11 of 2022" in the cause title as well as in the contents of the bail application instead of "Spl. G.R. Case No.4 of 2022" for which the said mistake has been crept into the 2nd paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 4th February, 2022 passed by this Court. Accordingly, the same may be corrected.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the Spl. G.R. Case number in the cause title as well as in the contents of the bail application in Court. 6.

Hence, the expression "Spl. G.R. Case No.11 of 2022" occurred in the 2nd paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 4th February, 2022 be read as "Spl. G.R. Case No.4 of 2022". 7.

Rest part of the order dated 4th February, 2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
