On perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioner has filed this writ petition in the year 2016 seeking direction to opposite parties no.2 & 3 to issue work order in favour of the petitioner. Earlier on 25.11.2016, none also appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, it is presumed that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter. Thus the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous by efflux of time.
