The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to Tahasildar, Dharmasala-Opposite Party No.2 to accept rent in respect of Plot No. 311/489 under Khata No. 79 to an extent of area Ac.5.45 dec. situated in Mouza Manoharpur under Dharmasala Tahasil in the district of Jajpur.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mahunta, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy before the competent court in accordance with law. 4.
