1. Learned counsel for the Contemnor points out that in compliance of the order dated 30.07.2012 passed in W.P.(C) No.2146 of 2012, the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha has decided the appeal of the petitioner vide order dated 10.05.2018, qua which the petitioner has availed his remedy by filing W.P.(C) No.9041 of 2018 which has also been disposed of vide order dated 24.05.2018.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that in view of the order dated 30.07.2012 having been complied with, as stated above, the present contempt has become infructuous.
