1. Mr. P.K. Rath, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.4 has drawn attention to the fact that a detailed order had been passed by this Court on 9th January 2006 in W.P.(C) No.9934 of 2004 where this Court had specifically permitted the construction of a market complex subject to certain conditions specified in the order. Mr. Rath, learned counsel informs the Court that the said construction is almost complete.
