The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the opposite party no.1 to accept the appeal filed by him and dispose of the same on merit.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It appears that there is no material to show that the appellate authority has refused to accept the appeal filed by the Petitioner.

Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed. 6.

However, it is open to the Petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority, if so advised. If such an appeal is filed, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
