None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last two occasions on 17.10.2022 and 21.09.2022. This CRLMC application is pending before this Court since 27.01.2016 and in the meanwhile around six years have passed..

In view of the above facts, it pre-supposes that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
