This matter was not there in today's list. On being mentioned by Mr. Mahapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and taking into consideration the urgency in the matter, the same is taken up by a Special cause List.

This is an application for return of certified copy of the impugned order under Annexure-1, in order to enable learned counsel for the Petitioner to file statutory appeal as per the order passed by this Court on 29th March, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

In view of the submission made by Mr. Mahapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner, prayer is allowed. 5.

Certified copy of the impugned order under Annexure-1 be returned to learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.
