Mr. Biswal, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicants and submits, his clients' writ petition was disposed of by order dated 17th October, 2022. His client has applied for clarification and modification of said order to direct the State for authorizing applicants, in particular applicant no.2, to convene Joint Body Meeting and conduct the election.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and draws attention to letter

// 2 // dated 17th November, 2022 issued by the Under Secretary to Government, disclosed as annexure-B in the application. He submits, there has been compliance by State.

Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party nos.6 and 8 in the writ application and submits, objection has been filed.

The elections are to be held as per the rules. It appears applicants had earlier held election but presently, the situation is that there was direction by said order dated 17th October, 2022 for holding fresh election. Opposite party nos.6 and 8 were still earlier elected, whose terms had expired. Subsequent thereto, election was held by petitioners, which was dealt with by said order dated 17th October, 2022. In the circumstances, scope of this application does not include interpretation as to who should convene the ensuing election. As such, no order need to be made in the application. It is disposed of.
