This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 17th January, 2013 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Sambalpur in Crl. Misc. Case No. 98/448 of 2010-2012.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that in spite of the direction of this Court vide order dated 18th February, 2014, defects as pointed out by the S.R. have not been removed. No step has also been taken for last nine years to get the matter listed. 4.

In view of the above, the RPFAM stands dismissed for default.
