Heard Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Mohanty, learned ASC.

During course of hearing, Mr. Sahu want to withdraw the writ petition, as the Petitioner wants to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievances along with all legal heirs of his late father, Rayadhar Munda. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
