This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

When the matter was taken up on 25.04.2022, the following order was passed:- "2.

When the matter was taken up on 04.03.2022, after hearing learned counsel for the parties, the following order was passed:- "The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner who has stated to be a member of Ankapada UP (ME) School, Village Education Committee under Chandbali Block challenging the decision of the Headmaster of that School calling parent teacher association meeting as well as a meeting dated 25.11.2021 for nomination of Chairman and Vice-Chairman of that School.

In the aforesaid background of challenge, the following prayer has been made:- "To direct the opposite party nos.3 and 5 to retain the decision taken in the UGME School Management Committee Meeting dated 13.11.2021."

On perusal of the petition, it is not clear as to which rights of the petitioner have been violated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that given a short adjournment, he

// 2 // shall obtain up-to-date instruction from the petitioner.

List on 21st March, 2022."

3. On 21.03.2022, the matter was adjourned at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for adjourning the matter.

5. To grant another opportunity to the petitioner, list on 4th July, 2022."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition.
