The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) the allotted land of Mathura Prasad Sharma vide Plot No.195 in drawing NO.B/136, measuring 60' x 40' ft in Mouza-Ghatikia, New Capital, Bhubaneswar shall not be muted and shall not be executed the Lease deed in the name his legal heirs (present petitioners).
(ii) the representation vide Annexure-10 may be directed to the Opp. Parties to dispose of within a stipulated time And (iii) and, any other order/orders, relief/relieves as the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case".

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting their grievance, the Petitioners have made representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-10 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the
State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-10, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
