The Petitioners apprehending their arrest in Bantala P.S. Case No.426 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1768 of 2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Angul registered for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 372(2)(n)/366/313/323/506/34 IPC have filed this petition for their release on pre-arrest bail. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. has been issued to the Petitioners and they have complied with the same. As such, the matter has become infructuous.

In view of such submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners, this ABLAPL stands disposed of as infructuous.
