1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order by filing an appeal as provided in accordance with law. If such appeal is filed not later than 1st February, 2023 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay explaining the delay on the account of the pendency of the present petition, it will be considered by the Appellate Authority in accordance with law. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view on merits.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
