The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in Kosagumuda P.S. Case No.155 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No.1554 of 2020 pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Nabarangpur registered for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 468/471/420 IPC has filed this petition for his release on prearrest bail. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the Petitioner had earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.11308 of 2021, which was disposed of vide order dated 21.09.2021 on merit. Since this Court has already passed an order, I see no reason to review the same by entertaining the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioner afresh.
